Labels to segment leads
As Admin:
1a. How to create a new label for your account
i. Go to the settings of your account, and tap on labels. Once you are in the labels section, tap on ‘Add Label’.

ii. Create a name for your label and choose a color. Once done, tap on Add Label.

iii. Your label is now successfully created. You and your agents will be able to use this label now.

1b. How to edit label details:
Note: Once you edit a label, it will automatically be updated on all the leads with the label
i. In the settings and labels section, you can see the list of all the labels in your account. Tap on the edit button in front of the label that needs to be edited.

ii. Add the new name and color. Once done, tap on Save.

iii. Your label is now successfully updated.
1c. How to remove a label from your account
Note: Once you remove a label, it will be removed from all the leads to which it is added.
i. Once you’re in the settings and labels section, you will be able to see the list of all the labels in your account. Tap on the deleted button in front of the label that needs to be removed.

ii. Tap on Delete to permanently remove the label from your account.

1d. How to apply labels on leads as an Admin
i. In the All Leads section, select the leads to which you want to apply the label to. Once selected, tap on Add Label.

ii. Select the label that you want to apply to these leads. Once done, tap on Add.

iii. Label is now successfully applied to the selected leads.
1e. How to remove labels from leads
i. In the All Leads section, select the leads to which you want to apply the label to. Once selected, tap on Remove Label.

ii. Select the label that you want to remove from these leads. Once done, tap on Remove.

iii. The label is now successfully removed from the selected leads.
