How to use the Jaldi Dashboard

Use Jaldi’s Dashboard to view the performance of your sales team across all Campaigns.

The Dashboard shows you an “All Time” view of your Leads.

Dashboard Types

Your Jaldi Dashboard is split across 3 views:

1) Leads

On the Leads Dashboard you will see:

  • The total Leads that your company has contacted (processed)
  • The position of your sales pipeline: Qualified, Working Deals, Deals Closed, Unqualified
  • A leaderboard with each Agents sales pipeline

Please note that the Did Not Respond and Future Prospect statuses are not represented in this Dashboard.

2) Calls

The Calls Dashboard is perfect for teams that do cold calling, or high frequency calling.

The Calls Dashboard shows you:

  • The total calls made by your team (this includes followup calls)
  • The status of each call (The Did Not Respond status here is not the same as the Lead Status)
  • A leaderboard with each agents calling statistics

3) Activities

On the Activity leaderboard you will see:

  • A break down of the total Activities your team has done (by activity type)
  • Company wide completed and overdue tasks
  • Per agent break down of activities by type and overdue tasks
