As an admin can I log in to the Jaldi mobile app?

Yes, you can use your admin login details to log in to the mobile app. However, on the mobile app you will not have access to any admin features.

Can sales agents log in to Jaldi on a desktop?

Yes, sales agents can not log on to Jaldi from a desktop. Their access is only limited to their own leads

My Facebook leads aren’t showing on Jaldi?

1) Please make sure the Facebook account used for the Jaldi integration has full admin access to the Ad Accounts and lead management. If access is limited the leads will not successfully come to Jaldi.

2) Please make sure the specific campaign, AdSet and Ads you have leads coming from are successfully connected to a Jaldi Facebook Campaign. If the Ads have not been selected, they will not be routed to any sales agent.

3) If you are still having issues, contact our support and we will look into the problem further.

Can I record my teams’ calls on Jaldi?

Jaldi does not record any conversations. When a sales agent presses “Call” from Jaldi, the app redirects them to their mobiles dialler.

Is my data safe on Jaldi?

Yes, Jaldi takes your data extremely seriously.

How many sales agents can I have on Jaldi?

You can add as many sales agents to your Jaldi account, and manage them all from one place!

Can I connect my website with Jaldi?

You can use Jaldi webhooks to send leads to your campaigns. The webhook can be integrated in a website form or in your application. Learn more.

Jaldi can also assist with the integration if you do not have a technical team.
