Zapier integration to recieve leads from others sources

Introduction

Zapier is a powerful tool that allows users to integrate multiple lead sources with Jaldi such as Google Forms or Typeform. You don’t need any coding to connect Jaldi and other applications with Zapier.

What can you do with Zapier?

  1. Receive Leads from Other Applications
  2. Send Leads to other Applications

How Zapier works with Jaldi

Every integration that you make on Zapier, also known as “Zaps”, will need to be set up from your Zapier Account.

Each Zap has a Trigger and an Action. A trigger from an application can bring leads to your Jaldi Campaigns. Each Zap will perform repetitive tasks to bring you the leads over a period of time. You can use Jaldi to send and receive leads.

You can build Zaps that automate several tasks at once. You can also use filters so leads are sent or received only when certain conditions are met.

For more information regarding the configurations of each Zap, you can click on this link.

1) Getting Leads from other applications

You can use thousands of other applications as lead sources in Jaldi using Zapier. Each application has its set of triggers from which you can select one.

To set it up, you will first need to authenticate your Jaldi Account on Zapier.

1a) Authenticating your Jaldi Account on Zapier

1. Log in to your Zapier account and click on My Apps section.

2. Search for the Jaldi App and click on connect.

3. Write your Jaldi’s API Key here and confirm. Once you do that, your Jaldi account will be authorized on Zapier.

1b) Example: How to get Leads from Google Sheets

Every new entry into a Google Sheet would trigger a new lead in Jaldi without you doing any manual work. You can further put conditions on the Zap as well to only send a lead when certain conditions are met.

  1. After logging in to Zapier, you would be able to see the option to Make a Zap on the main dashboard.

2. To receive leads from Google Sheets in Jaldi, select Google Sheets in the first column

3. Select Jaldi in the second column.

4. Choose the trigger (e.g. new row entry in google sheet) for which you want to add a new lead in Jaldi.

5. Choose Add a New Lead as an action in the second column.

Now, each new row in google sheets will trigger a new lead in Jaldi.

6. Tap on Try it to start configuring the Zap.

7. Select (or login) your google account, and pick the worksheets within your google sheet from which you want your leads to come on Jaldi.

8. Test your trigger to check if it works.

Zapier will retrieve a row from your Google Sheet and ask you to confirm if the correct sheet is selected.

9. Choose your Jaldi Account.

10. Map each field of your Jaldi Lead with a column in your Google Sheets.

Note: The campaign ID that you want these entries to go to can be found on the campaign page on Jaldi. If you need help with getting your campaign ID, check this article. You can either paste this campaign ID directly onto Zapier if you want all your leads from this sheet to go to this specific campaign or select a column from your google sheet.

11. Test Action to see if your entry in the google sheet makes its way into the Jaldi Campaign.

12. The lead will now show up on Jaldi.

2) Using Jaldi as a trigger to perform actions in other applications

You can use Jaldi as a trigger to perform actions in other applications as well e.g. each new lead added or updated in Jaldi will trigger send a message command in Wati.
You can use Zapier to connect Jaldi and Google Sheets the other way around as well. Each lead being added to Jaldi will trigger a row in the sheets.

Note: Zapier is a paid tool and requires an account with a sufficient number of tasks to complete the execution of the integration.

Each new lead added to Jaldi is considered a task. You can receive 100 leads each month from up to 5 different sources in Jaldi for free. The update time for the lead to be received on Jaldi is 15 minutes on the free trial. You can find further details on Zapier’s pricing here
