Why your Facebook leads might not be coming to Jaldi

If you’ve connected your Facebook account to Jaldi and are wondering why you’re not seeing any leads, you’ve come to the right place.

Several reasons could be responsible, and here are some possibilities:

1. If you’ve just integrated your facebook account:

1a. Your Ads on Facebook are not Lead Generation Ads

Facebook offers various ad types with different call-to-action options, such as WhatsApp or page visits. However, Jaldi can only integrate with lead generation ads that collect leads directly on Facebook.

1b. Jaldi does not have the correct permissions on Jaldi

We need to make sure Jaldi has all the permissions while we are integrating Facebook.

Once you’ve connected Facebook to Jaldi, lead access to your Meta ad account should happen automatically. However, sometimes, due to problems on Meta’s end, this might not happen as planned. To check if Jaldi has access to leads, please do the following

– Navigate to your Facebook Business Account Manager settings (not Ad Manager settings).

– Access the ‘Integrations’ section.

– Proceed to the ‘Lead Access’ > ‘CRM’ category.

– Check for the presence of Jaldi in this section. If it is not listed, assign Jaldi as the designated CRM or lead access provider here.

1c. Facebook account does not have the necessary permissions

It’s possible that the Facebook user account you’re using to connect with Jaldi doesn’t have the right permissions to access leads on Facebook. If that’s the case, please get in touch with your Facebook Account Administrator to ask for the necessary permissions so you can integrate it with Jaldi smoothly.

i. Your account should have access to the page

ii. Your account should have access to the ad account

iii. Your account should have lead access on the page

1d. Ads not connected to a Jaldi Campaign

We must ensure that the ads from which you’re collecting leads are linked to a campaign in Jaldi. To verify which ads are associated with the campaign, follow these steps:

– Go to ‘Campaigns’ in Jaldi.

– Select the specific campaign you’re interested in (‘Campaign Name’).

– Under that campaign, look at the ‘Ads’ section to see which ads are connected.

If the ads from which you’re receiving leads on Meta are not connected to any Jaldi campaign, those leads won’t come to Jaldi.

2. If you previously received facebook leads on Jaldi and your integration isn’t working currently:

2a. You’ve changed your password after integrating

If you’ve changed your Facebook password after integrating your account with Jaldi, it’s important to note that the access token on Jaldi for your Meta account becomes invalid. With the token no longer working, your integration is disrupted, and you will need to reconnect your Facebook account to Jaldi.

2b. You’ve changed your password after integrating

Once your accounts are integrated, keep in mind that if you change permissions on Facebook, it can affect how they work together. If your integrated account loses lead access, Jaldi won’t receive leads from Facebook anymore.
