How to use the Jaldi Mobile App

The Jaldi Mobile App is very simple to use.

Jaldi Agent's App flow:

1) Leads that are assigned to you come in the Campaign section.

2) To start, simply click on “Start Calling”

3) You’ll be asked to call each Lead. You can also edit the lead’s details from here, & view any notes your Manager has assigned.

4) After each call you will have to update the status before you can proceed to the next Lead. You can also add tasks here for any reminders / follow ups!

Note: Call outcome & Lead status are the only mandatory fields. To learn more about Jaldi Lead statuses, click here.

After your first call, you can always visit a clients lead page and perform more actions, and add more followups. All your processed leads are visible in the “All Leads” tab on the mobile app.

After each action (Call, WhatsApp, SMS, Email) Jaldi saves the action so you have a full picture of your conversation history with each client.

The Lead Status will help you keep track of your most exciting prospects.

On your” All Leads” page you can filter your Leads based on their status and/or campaign.

The task section will show you all your tasks for today; overdue tasks; and your upcoming tasks.
