How to use the Jaldi ‘All leads’ section

Introduction

You can view & manage all your leads from the “All leads” section on Jaldi.

In your “All leads” section, you can:

1. Filter Leads by

  • Lead Status
  • Campaign
  • Agent
  • Last Updated
  • Created Date


2. Export Leads as a CSV file

3. Reassign Leads

4. Delete Leads

5. View Lead details

1) How to Filter your Leads

Go to the All Leads section in your Jaldi Web Dashboard. You can filter your leads based on their status, the campaign they belong to on Jaldi, the agent the lead is assigned to, the last update date, and the lead creation date.

Note: You can apply multiple filters at the same time.

2) How to export leads

1. You can export your leads by clicking on the export button on the top right. You can also export your leads based on filters.

Note: If no filters are applied, all your current leads will be exported in a CSV file.

2. You will receive an email with a link to download the CSV file. Click on “Your file is ready, click here to download now” to download your file.

3) Reassign Leads

Jaldi allows you to reassign single or multiple leads to an agent.

        1. Select the leads that you want to reassign and click on reassign.

Note: You can filter the leads before selecting the ones you want to reassign.

        2. You can just select the agent you want to assign the leads to and tap on Assign.

Note: Once the lead is reassigned to the new agent, the new agent will receive an email and a mobile notification about the lead being reassigned to him.

4) Delete Leads

  1. Select the leads that you want to delete. Once selected, click on the delete button.

Note: Once a lead is deleted, the action cannot be undone. All related lead data will no longer be accessible to the agents or the admins.

         2. Click on the Delete button.

5) View Lead Details

  1. In the All Leads section, click on the lead whose details you want to view.

          2. You will be directed to the lead details page. You can see their status, lead owner, email address, Jaldi campaign, any pending task & all the activities taking place with the lead.
