When uploading a file of data to Jaldi please make sure it is in CSV format.
The CSV formats accepted by Jaldi are:
- CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) – This is the most widely used format
- CSV (Comma delimited)
- CSV (Macintosh)
- CSV (MS-DOS)
If you have an Excel file you can convert it to CSV by:
1. Click on “Save As”
2. Select “Type” & choose any of the CSV options listed above
If you have a Google Sheet you can convert it to CSV by:
1. Go to “File” on your toolbar
2. Click on “Download”
3. Select “Comma Seperated Values” (.csv)
Phone Number queries:
If you are facing issues with:
- Numbers being marked as unsuccessful, or
- Numbers are coming to Jaldi in an incorrect format, or
- Too many Leads being marked as duplicates when the file is uploaded
Then there may be an issue with how your CSV file is storing data. If your numbers look like the image below you will have to format the phone numbers differently.
The recommended format is +(countrycode)(phonenumber) for example, +971585104640
