How to Use the Jaldi Admin App

Switching Between Agent View and Admin View
As an Admin, Sales Manager, or Head of Sales, you can switch between:
- Agent View: Allows you to experience the app as an agent and access the same functionalities they use.
- Admin View: Provides a comprehensive view of leads, team dashboards, and advanced management tools.
To switch views:
- Navigate to the top menu bar.
- Click on the toggle button labeled Agent View or Admin View.


Functionalities in admin app:
In Admin View, you have access to all leads within your permissions. Here’s how you can manage them:
a. Accessing Leads
- Go to the All Leads section in the app.
- View all leads that are assigned to your team or department.

b. Filtering Leads
Use the Filter option to sort leads by criteria such as:
- Status (Processed/Unprocessed)
- Date Created
- Agent assigned


c. Reassigning Leads
- Select one or multiple leads from the list.
- Click on the Reassign button.
- Choose a new agent or reassign them as Unprocessed.

d. Viewing Team Dashboards
The Admin View includes dashboards to monitor team performance:
- Navigate to the Dashboard section.
- View performance metrics and analytics for:
- Teams/agents under your access
- Teams/agents under your access
- You can apply filters to narrow down the data like:
- By agent name
- By time range
This functionality allows you to evaluate performance trends and make data-driven decisions.
