Bayut/Dubizzle Leads Integration

You can integrate Bayut and Dubizzle with Jaldi to automatically assign leads from your listings to the correct agents. Follow the steps below to set up and optimize your integration.

1. Get Your API Key

  • You can integrate Bayut and Dubizzle with Jaldi to automatically assign leads from your listings to the correct agents.

  • Contact your Bayut/Dubizzle account manager or support team to get it.

Subject: Request for Bayut/Dubizzle API Key Dear [Bayut Account Manager’s Name], I hope you are doing well. We would like to integrate our Bayut account with our CRM and will need the API key to proceed. Could you please share our API key for Bayut and Dubizzle at your earliest convenience? If there are any requirements or forms we need to complete before the key can be issued, please let me know. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, [Your Full Name]

2. Connect Bayut & Dubizzle in Jaldi

  • In Jaldi, go to Settings → Integrations.

  • Select Connect infront of Bayut and Dubizzle.

  • Enter your API Key.

  • Select Connect infront of Bayut and Dubizzle.

3. Set Up Campaigns and Listings

  • Go to Campaigns in Jaldi.

  • Search for Bayut and open the campaign.

  • Add your listings to the campaign.
  • Assign an agent to each listing.
    • When a lead comes in from a listing, it will be assigned to the agent linked to that listing.
    • If a listing is not added here, leads from it will go to the default agent.

4. Match Agent Emails

  • Make sure the agent’s email address in Jaldi matches exactly with their email in Bayut/Dubizzle.

  • This is especially important because:

    • Sometimes Bayut sends call leads only mapped to agents and not to listings.

    • If the email matches, the lead will still be assigned correctly to the agent in Jaldi.

5. Fetch Past Leads

  • Once listings are added and agents emails have matched, you can fetch leads from upto last 90 days. Click on the three dots and fetch past leads.

Note: If listings are not added and agents email don’t match, all leads will automatically get assigned to the default agent.

6. Lead Sync Timing

  • Leads sync every 5 minutes.

  • Before leads are fetched:

    1. Ensure all live listings are added.

    2. Assign the correct agents to each listing.

    3. Verify that emails match between Jaldi and Bayut/Dubizzle.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why did a lead go to the default agent instead of me?

This can happen if:

  • The listing is not added in the CRM.
  • The listing is missing an assigned agent.
  • Bayut sent the lead mapped only to an agent without listing info, and the email didn’t match.

2. I just connected my API key, but I don’t see leads yet.

The first sync can take up to 15 minutes to pull in recent leads. After that, new leads will sync every 5 minutes.

3. Can I manage my listings through Jaldi?

No. Jaldi only fetches leads from Bayut and Dubizzle. We do not manage or change listings in any way.

4. Do Bayut and Dubizzle have separate API Keys?

Bayut and Dubizzle have the same API Key until unless specified differently from the respective platforms.
