How to create lead form ads?

Set up your Facebook Ads Manager: To get started, you’ll need to have a Facebook Ads Manager account. If you haven’t already, create an account and connect it to your business’s Facebook Page.

Create a new Facebook Campaign: In the Ads Manager, click on the ‘Create’ button to start a new campaign.

Choose the right campaign objective: Select the ‘Leads’ objective, which is designed specifically for capturing leads.

 

Choose the right conversion location: The conversion location refers to where the user completes a valuable action, such as filling out an Instant Form. In this case, the conversion location would be Instant Forms which will appear on the Facebook or Instagram feed.

Note: At this stage, you are creating an Ad Set. You can edit the name of the Ad set.

Set your budget and schedule: Determine your daily or lifetime budget and set a schedule for your campaign. You can choose to run your ads continuously or within a specific time frame.

Define your target audience: Specify your target audience using the various targeting options available, such as location, age, gender, interests, and behaviors. Be as specific as possible to ensure your ad is shown to the most relevant users.

Create your content in the Ad: Adding a headline, form description, and an image: Make sure your form aligns with your ad creative and clearly communicates the purpose of the form.

Set up your lead form: Click on the ‘New Form’ button to create a lead form for your ad.
Customize the form by:

a. Choosing a form type: You can select from two form types: ‘More Volume’ for a simpler form or ‘Higher Intent’ for a more detailed form.

b. Selecting the fields you want to capture: Choose the information you want to collect from users, such as name, email address, phone number, or custom questions.

c. Adding a privacy policy and disclaimer: Include a link to your privacy policy and any necessary disclaimers to comply with Facebook’s guidelines and data protection regulations.

d. Customizing the ‘Thank You’ screen: Create a personalized ‘Thank You’ message that appears after users submit their information.

 

Review and submit your ad: Before submitting your ad, review it carefully to ensure that everything is accurate and meets Facebook’s ad policies. Once you’re satisfied, click the ‘Submit’ button to launch your lead form ad campaign.

Monitor and optimize your campaign: Keep an eye on your campaign’s performance using the Ads Manager dashboard. Analyze the metrics, such as lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion rate, to identify areas for improvement. Adjust your targeting, ad creative, or lead form as needed to optimize your campaign’s performance.
